Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order for store credit or an exchange.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Sale and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Exchanges: If you need a different size, you are responsible for shipping the original item back to us. Once your return is received and approved, we'll cover the shipping cost to send your first exchange back to you. Exchanges are subject to size availability.

Returns for store credit: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

To start a return or exchange, please contact us at tiffanygaruba.llc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once your item is received and inspected, your exchange or store credit will be processed within 5–7 business days.
